You are more than welcome to use any image you like. We accept
images in .gif or .jpeg formats. We accept sound and video files
in the following formats: wav, mid, midi, av, ra, rm, mp3, avi,

Do I get my own domain
name?
Yes. Your
website account comes with the available domain name of your choice.
If you aren't sure what a domain name is, it is
www.DOMAINNAME.com. When
you activate your account with us, the order screen will have a domain
name search function that enables you to search for and choose the domain name you want.
You simply choose the available domain name you want, enter it on the order form and
we will do our best to get it for you. It's as simple as that.

I already own a domain name. Can I use it with
you?
You sure can.
Just ask your current domain registrar to point your domain name to the

Will I get
e-mail with my website?
Yes. Each
account comes with a Pop 3 account and unlimited e-mail addresses. What this means is
that you can have as many e-mail addresses as you can think of.
For example, you@yourdomain.com,
sales@yourdomain.com,
contact@yourdomain.com, etc.
Any combination of letters and/or numbers you can think of you can put in front of the @yourdomain.com
and make it an e-mail address.
Plus, you get
unlimited forwarding with your website. This means that if you set
up e-mail for yourself, your assistant and your partner you
can set it up so that all e-mail for you is automatically routed to your
computer, all e-mail for your assistant goes to your assistant's
computer and all e-mail for your partner is automatically routed to your
partner's computer. This is very easy to set up and will take you
less than 5 minutes.

Do you have web-based
e-mail?
Yes. We provide one web based
e-mail account per account. This means that you can
check all of your e-mail that comes in to your main e-mail address from
any computer. You can also send e-mail
online from this account from any computer.

Will I be able to send e-mail with my domain name from my computer?
Yes. You can send an e-mail
from you@yourdomain.com (or
whatever address you specify in front of the @yourdomain.com) from your computer at home or work. If
you have one of the major e-mail systems such as Outlook, Outlook Express,
Microsoft Exchange or Eudora, this will be no problem at all. You
will simply need to tell your e-mail system what web site address(es) you
would like to use. This is very easy to do and will take you less
than 5 minutes to set up. We have step-by-step instructions for how
to do this in our user's web site help section.

Is the web
hosting service you provide reliable?
Yes! Your web site won't do you any good
if people can't see it. We have a 99.9% uptime percentage and our network is
monitored 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

We have one of the fastest direct connections to
the internet in the world. Our connectivity consists of multiple OC-3, OC-6 and
